Sweet potato apple mash super good side dish

5lbs peeled, cored, and finely chopped apples

4c sugar

2tsp cinnamon

1/4tsp salt

Put apples in the Crock-Pot, in a separate bowl mix other things and stir into apples.

Cook on high for like an hour or so then stir and reduce heat to low for like 10 hours.

You can cook on low for another hour and stir it up smooth, or put it in a blender.

Diced apples tossed with cinnamon and sugar and folded up in a tube of crescent rolls. Bake according to crescent roll directions. Do this when I want the Apple pie vibe without the work. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream
