Today was definitely a “proud moment” for me. My daughter is 2 and a half, and until today, I had never took her to the park by myself. My anxiety was way too bad and I just couldn’t. But today, we gave it a shot. No only did I drive us there (it’s only like 5 mins from where we were) but I didn’t panic and we played for a good 20-30 mins. I know it’s not much but I’m just so happy. Every day I push myself a little more and even though some days are really hard I still manage to find something good to be proud of. Today, I’m proud of myself for finally taking my daughter to the park by myself. 😌
