We tried intense potty training at first and it didn’t work, he got so anxious he’d constipate himself for days then have diarrhea for days. So now we’re just working on my son telling us when he poops or pees and gradually upping the ante. First he just had to tell us to get an M&M. Now he’s has to stand in the bathroom while he poops to earn his treat. Next we’ll work on sitting to poop. Super slow process, but he’s not making himself sick.

My daughter is just now fully potty trained. Just give it some time.

My daughter is almost three and barely started going. She’ll get there ☺️
It’s weird but I’d have her in the bathroom when I pee and would make it sound super exciting. Then have her sit on the toilet and make a big deal for just sitting. Give lots of water and try and sit for longer periods of time. Eventually she’ll go! You got this
