I food shop either one evening after work or sat morning. Prep as much as I can when I unload....cut veggies or sort value packs etc
Then typically Sundays I will prep freezer meals and snacks. I do breakfast and lunches mostly but also love to do dinners. With those I tend to stick with crock pot freezer meals. Everything goes in one bag in the freezer you dump in pot and turn on and have a meal at the end of the day. It's great!
I also try to prep one day a week chopping veggies abcess cutting up meats if needed cooking grains and anything that's ok to be made ahead to make cooking quicker
I sometimes cook up a bunch of ground beef and seperate it for meals so I just need to add it to what I'm making
I do. But it’s more like I double recipes which freeze well. Not specifically just a bunch of freezer meals. I used to do that though. Just spend the day making various freezer meals. It’s time consuming.
