I went to my fertility specialist today. She had me do clomid/femara combo with estradiol this cycle.

For the first time in a long time my lining is perfect. It is 12.5. I have an 18.4mm follicle on my left ovary. The part I'm worried about is that I have a 4×4 cyst on my right ovary. She decided to trigger today with iui tomorrow.

My question is, has anyone conceived with a similar situation with a dominant follicle and a cyst? I'm nervous that this may be a flunk cycle.

I should note that I do not ovulate with clomid or femara alone or in combination with follistim. The fact this combo worked is a suprise.
