Is there a way to get your milk back after it dries up?...

Relactation can happen. There are a few factors at play including how long it's been since you dried up, why you dried up, and how your body responds.

I think I dried up because I wasn’t pumping that often.. it’s been 3 weeks.

@leximonae1k you could still have milk then. I'd power pump if you can. Lots of water (and use nipple cream to prevent pain). Keep baby close as much as possible or smell their head/clothing before pumping. It can stimulate your body's ability to produce milk for the baby. You can eat oatmeal or add it to a smoothie and/or brewers yeast to help.

I’ve never done it personally but I’ve heard do skin to skin and put baby to breast as much as possible. How long has it been?
