My mom all she did when we moved from georgia to Texas was go to the snap division where u go to apply and apply and cancel the snap in georgia

@katlovesj yes you can use snap in another state, & I went to NY for 9 months and never got fined, they will send out a proof of residence after a few months and you'll have to fill that out. If you don't fill it out then they will cut off your snap benefits.
