@boymom123 because he want's her to stay in Delaware & I know I can't just pick up and move with her without his "permission"

@raisinghazel, once you do that if you change your mind it may be hard to get her back just take that into consideration because this is a new experience for you personally my situation is different you’ve already had your child for over two years and bonded with her do you think she will miss you how often will you visit

My toddler lives with his dad and comes to me on weekends. It is hard sometimes. We do a lot of video chats.
