I’m so sorry to hear this. I have had to keep my dad at arms distance but it’s fully been his choice. I hope you can find healing. Sometimes we have to put up boundaries to protect our family and there’s nothing wrong with that. Unfortunately, some people aren’t willing to compromise and it hurts others deeply.
