I have a question what would you do if you had a child who was being bullied and it seems like the school isnt nipping it in the butt so your child could feel safe

Go to the school and bully them (my way) or call the police (proper way) because they aren't playing that shit.
I'd go into the school and bitch them out. Either they do something about my child being bullied or ima show up there everyday raising hell until something is done, I'd wait outside the school for the kid and parents and make it clear if your child keeps billing mine ima bully you and beat your ads in front of your child and tell him he's next because I got a lot of nieces and nephews with hands. So they can chose what they want.
Set up a meeting with the school principal, councilors, and the brats parents. If the principal isn't doing anything, I'd go above their head to the school board.

They wont give out their information and have talked to them and they still wont stop

File a complaint with the Department of Education and I'd take my kid out that school
Body cam on your kid to catch bully in the act? Then bring evidence to school board, parents, police, whoever need to see it to get the brat ass dealt with.
