for me, I went to culinary school for pastries and baking, so not being able to eat it was hard to give up at first. but now, there are several gluten free options that don't taste like cardboard, so that helps too. haha also, for me, that was an ease thing, whereas making other things seemed like a lot of work (even though it's really not) Lol
Me too, I just followed a bunch of Facebook groups to try and get an idea of what I could & could not eat.
I've had to somewhat follow it since I'm gluten free. it can be difficult at first, while your body is adjusting to all the changes, but you do feel better and it does get easier.
@niaajani it's easy once you get the hang of it. I drank Crystal light when I was craving soda or juice. And once you see the pounds start to fall off...eating carbs isn't even worth it
Yes..I lost 10lbs my first week and 7 my second. Then I stayed true to my inner fat girl and quit 😂😥
I’m in a group for it on FB. It doesn’t seem that hard but I haven’t tried it personally. A lot of the group have a amazing results though.
@santistevanmommie, yeah I’m considering trying it. I still haven’t lost my baby belly yet & my sons almost 1
Yes, it worked very well for me. I lost about 30 pounds when I did it. It was hard for me to stick to but it worked.
