Mothers milk drops and tea, oatmeal, fenugreek and brewers yeast (I use these when making lactation cookies). See if you can pump in between feedings-Especially if your LO sleeps through the night. If it's critical you could speak to your OBGYN they can prescribe you something for motion sickness that increases milk supply as a side effect. But be careful as some woman also report depression as a side effect.
Drink lots of water and drink a Gatorade a day or every other day, eat oatmeal, peanut Butter (if not allergic), flaxseed, meat, vegetables and chicken soup (with a lot of different types of vegetables), mother’s milk tea.
