is it normal for kids to get dairy intolerances out of nowhere? my son has been on whole milk since he turned one and now all of a sudden his body won’t digest it at all 😩 he’s constantly throwing up after drinking it

My son developed a dairy intolerance when he was in kindergarten! Now, in 2nd grade hes starting to out grow it and can tolerate most dairy products. Some certain things he still has to have a chewable dairy intolerant pill before he eats it. The pediatrician said it's very common for kids to develop an allergy or sensitivity to dairy, and it's also very common for them to outgrow it

Give him almond milk. Kids usually do good with that my kids don’t drink whole milk.
