Drink Gatorade (but you must drink more water than Gatorade)
I eat lots of boil vegetables with chicken and it seems to help a lot with my milk production; you can try it and see if works for you as well
Try to cut caffeine a little
Water! Stay very well hydrated. Fenugreek capsules helped me as well as oat meal. There are tons of breast milk smoothie recipes as well as cookie and other treat recipes that really do help milk production.
