@catfish2220, I see my doc next week and I think I might as her to do it. Get my body back to normal without having it. It sucks to never feel good. Especially when I have so much tht I do every day.

@kraussha1 I would consider getting it removed if I was you then. I couldn't handle feeling like that everyday. I haven't had mine in for very long so fingers crossed It doesn't happen to me lol. If you don't want another baby right away you could always ask for other options so you don't feel so awful all the time.

My period stopped the day after I got it in. All I've had is either light spotting or old blood and it hardly ever happens. I've only had one real period. I have awful acne because of it though and I do get light headed sometimes but I just drink some water and I'm fine after. I was waking up with headaches for a while but that stopped thank God. My sister's friend had it too. She had an awful experience. She bled for months and then it quit for about a week and she thought it was starting again but it turned out to be a miscarriage. My experience with its pretty good though.

@ddsr, hmm. I’ll have to. Mine never told me about that. My period was always light an regular before I had kids an when I wasn’t on bc. So it’s hard to get used to having it all the time.

@kraussha1 My doctor told me if I was having long/heavy bleeding that she would prescribe me pills to take too. That taking pills usually help regulate your cycle and once it's regulated you stop taking them. Ask your doctor about it.

@ddsr, The first period I had after I got it in was a month long. An now it’s just twice a month. It gets old sometimes. You hear about people not having it an I get it all the time and every time I just feel terrible. And days before I even have it I feel awful and feel super bloated.

@mytwo_heartbeats, I know the feeling. I’m debating on just getting it out because it just makes me feel terrible. And I do want to eventually grow my family. But I don’t know if I should wait the 3rd year or just have my doc take it out at my apt. I just don’t want to feel so sick anymore.

I have it right now. It's been about 3 and a half months now. I spot almost everyday and I get two 3 day periods. That's all I have noticed so far. I will be checking in on my weight today to see if it has made me gain a lot.
