Every time I sleep on my right side I feel like I can't breathe and it's so uncomfortable😩😩 . My left side is always my go to. Anyone else experience this? It's so hard for me to sleep at night.

@charnise Maybe your body will adapt to having to sleep different. 🤞🤞🤞 The prime suggested sleeping position is on your left side.

@jellybeans_mumm @mermaidmeshy thank you for the advice! that explains so much because I literally can't take sleeping on the right side.

@jellybeans_mumm what she said. Theres actually a saying for it: SOLS (Sleep On Left Side) not that you can't sleep on your right, but there's less pressure on liver & kidneys and increased oxygen to baby of you sleep on the left. I would often take a break and sleep on my back or right side, but I mostly slept on my left side. Wedge pillows helped more than pregnancy pillows for me

Your not suppose to lay on right side it decreases the oxygen level and puts pressure on your liver, your left side you send more oxygen and nutrients to your baby

I can't lie on my right side either, can't breathe, makes my arm fall asleep and my tummy hurt. I'm either on my pack inclined, to help blood flow, or on my left side.
