I was told today that my iron is low 😞 Any suggestions on how to get my iron back up?? I’m having a C Section so this is very important. Thank you

Ive had low iron for both pregnancies. Besides iron supplements and leafy greens , i would eat a bowl full of black beans, beets and orange juice (juiced), mussels. That all helped my iron . I didnt take my iron supplements too much because they always made me throw up but i would not recommend not taking them . Take them and try some of those home remedies . They helped me so much .

Iron supplements. Leafy green veggies like spinach (3-4 times a day) red meat 3 times a week
