Walked to the park at the church and took my son in his stroller. It's only a half a mile from my house but by the time I got there I was dripping sweat and out of breath lol. I'm sooo out of shape. But I did kinda powerwalk though. And it was hard pushing a 3 wheel stroller through the grass and up the steep hills and ditches but we made it there. Let him play for about 40 mins then I asked him do you wanna play more or go home? He climbed in his stroller quick then waved and said "Bye park" lmao like I'm ready to get home in the ac hahaha. Walked home and I laid on the couch then he comes and lays on me for about 5 mins. The heat drained him lol
