I do full on hair and makeup every day try to dress nice and always tell him nice things. Work my ass off to take care of our daughter and work full time. Always do my best to clean the house and take care of the dogs but the only compliments I've got in the past 9 years are from other family members whenever we go to family events. I dont even have any friends here so I guess I'm just venting here. You ladies are lucky and I'm happy for you girls.

aw that sucks, I'd be hurt if my husband stopped.

We have been together for 7 years & married for 2 1/2.

He still makes me feel like when we were teenagers and everything was so new. ❤️

I make sure to remind him as well how much he means to me everyday.

My hubby does and we text each other "G'morning (handsome/beautiful)" every morning. We'll be together 5 years, married 3 years this year.

@newmommabee, I don’t think it’s expecting to much especially if he did it before. In my man’s defense he never really has. 🤣

He used to compliment me at the very very beginning but that was 10 years ago and we still aren't married either. We were apart of his moms wedding not too long ago and I got to dress up as a bridesmaid all pretty. He didn't say anything☹ am I expecting too much? Idk I tell him he's sexy and looks good and stuff all the time.

He always makes sure to tell me I'm beautiful, or how lucky he is to have me or what a great mother I am to our boys.

Absolutely not, but that’s why I was given my son 4.5 years ago because I can’t go a day without him telling me “ mommy you’re so beautiful” or “mommy you look very pretty today”.

I get called “hey beautiful” a lot, but he doesn’t really compliment me other than that unless that is his way of doing it lol

Hell nah. My husband is not one for complimenting.
