Been having irregular painful contractions since about 9 this morning I've had a shower and been for a walk literally 5 mins I couldn't walk anymore! I've been loosing my plug for days now but it's not bloody 😭 another false alarm? Or could things be happening? The contractions are getting more painful but not regular

Haha oh no 🙈 they're getting more intense well they feel like they are and they haven't stopped haha xx
My contractions where irregular cos little man turned back to back, if they get more intense, longer and don’t stop your in labour lol xx

@stephiijones123 I was thinking that and yeah I've got on my ball now haha and I know I don't want to spend too much time there wouldn't believe I've done this before would you haha xx
Could be braxton hicks... get bouncing on a ball if you have one. Leave it until you cant take it anymore then ring the hospital.. you dont want to go too soon and be sent back home x
