I’m breastfeeding only. My pump hasn’t arrived yet so I feel like that’s why I’m in even more pain. And yeah I did read about that. I’m gonna try it now when I shower to help release some pressure. My boobs feel like they might explode!

Pshht, it doesn’t matter what I remembered.. this time around was much different than the first ! No advice on the pain but hang it there mama ! We’re strong, we got this ! 💪🏾

As far as your breasts, are you bf’ing or pumping ? If not warm compresses and massaging them while taking a warm shower helps. If you can try to hand express as much milk as you can while in the shower.

@mokai08, at the hospital I felt like my pain was more controlled tho. Like when that pill would hit I felt my legs getting numb and all lol 😂 these pills that are like a softer version of Percocet are doing nothing. I feel like it maybe does something for an hour & then all effect is lost.

But then again its about what will pass in the milk

@morelhunter, in the hospital they had me on more pain meds, but they sent me home with just one. And yes I do have one, I don’t use it all the time tho. Should I be using it even at home ?
