Hi ladies,
I need suggestion, have you ever experienced something like this???
Day before i went to swim and did my regular exercises in water, probably did more intense than usual, because i arrived late and had only 40 mins instead of 60mins.
Next day i woke up feeling little weak, but had to go to dental appointment and after went for little shopping, so from 13:00-19:00 i was walking.
When i was on the bus, and had to get up i felt like pain down belly in pelvic region. But aftee few min i was ok.
Since i got home pain became stronger, like if somebody kicked me with baseball bat between legs... i went straight to bed, barely walked bed to washroom and back.
Woke up this morning still in pain. But with hours passed feel better and walk close to normal but still feeling pressure or discomfort in pelvic.
I read about symphysis pubic dysfunction.. but is too early for that.. i called my Obgyn, but couldn’t talk to her directly and she left message that probably i overworked myself.. and if feel menstrual like pain to go to hospital.
But is not like period...
And also baby yesterday was quite active.

@kathrynwiebe7, thanks, feel a bit better. Stayed in bed, but its so strange and belly sometimes normal sometimes tight. Doctor said probably overworked, and if i have contractions every 5 min to go to the hospital.. i have appointment next Tuesday, hopefully will have more answers on what is that

I don't do regular exercise just regular everyday walking and enjoying being outside so not sure i can help you but likely ya just worked yourself to hard. Hope all is well for you though.
