Doctor!

Hey ladies! Has anyone here been to the doctor at 5 weeks? I'm going next week and will be 5 weeks 4 days. Did you get an ultrasound? What kind of test did they do? This is my first baby and I'm just trying to mentally prepare myself for what might happen.
