Bummed.

I'm stuck in a woe is me rut lately. I've been going back and forth between going to hygiene school and just staying a dental assistant. I LOVE being an assistant, like truthfully love it, I'm very passionate about my job and I just generally love it. I want more, more responsibility and more money lol. Hygiene school would give me both of those, but I don't think I'd love it like I do assisting. I have a huge fear of not being able to care for my kids if something ever happened to my husband, living off what I make we could make it, but not as comfortably as I'd like. I wish that I realized I had this passion for dentistry when I was younger, I could have gone to dental school and became a dentist. Im 26 with two kids and a husband and dental school isn't an option now. I don't know what I'm looking for by posting this, maybe advice, maybe I just need to cry to somebody else. If you have any advice it's welcome ?
