First PIO injections

Ladies, I'm super scared of these PIO injections. I take my first one tonight and all I've ever heard on these boards are horror stories about them. I'm warming it up right now in my boobs and plan to ice my bottom before but I hate intramuscular injections! Someone give me some pointers to make this easier...
