@lucky_8400, no problem, eggs really help lower the sugar levels. Lentils are really good for you too, I have a hard time eating them myself so I’m always trying to find alternatives lol
I’m the same way, I don’t usually eat enough breads and they keep giving me trouble for not eating the right mix of fruits veg and carbs. My main diet is 2 eggs in the morning with toast and some kind of fruit. For lunch I either have a salad with crackers and cheese or a sandwich with lots of veggies and cottage cheese. I have Greek yogurt and almonds for snack most days and for dinner I usually have half a plate of veg with protein and some kind of starch. My blood sugars have been fine just over the night not so they gave me insulin.
