@fluffypinkhandcuffs, I made a bake thing that was kind of like lasagna. I used the zucchini noodles , ricotta cheese, Parm, mozzarella, and marinara sauce and it was sooo good. I would have sliced the zucchini and make it more like a lasagna is but I don’t have a slicer. It was so good though. I was surprised. Ya It is very versatile and can be used for a lot! I’ve been wanting to try other things but just haven’t yet. Yours looks sooo good though 😋
@bcsweetie_b.b., it’s taken me a few times to get it right lol. I spiralize them and then try to absorb as much water from them with a paper towel as i can then put them in the pan and cook them over medium heat for a couple minutes. If I over cook them they turn to mush . I also did them thick this time. I usually use the side on the spiralizer that cuts them thin but i tried the thick side this time and they Turned out better.
@jezebelcarter, I originally tried spaghetti squash because everyone was saying how good it is and omg that shits disgusting! Lol . This is like 100% better then that haha.
@christina-, haha yes I figured out that I need to get as much water out before I cook them and i usually do after as well but tonight i was being lazy so that’s why the sauce looks watery lol.
@effyouceekay, I totally agree! The first time I used them as noodles, too much water pooled at the bottom because I didn’t realize I had to let them dry out a bit/cook them. It was horrible hahahah. Now that I’ve figured out how to not make a spaghetti swamp, it’s my go-to on pasta nights! 👌🏻
@christina-, ss actually likes it and I’m honestly surprised at how good it tastes. It’s a really good substitute for noodles I still feel like I’m eating spaghetti and not some gross healthy bs lol.
