So I'm 12 weeks pregnant with twins. I've been having cramps off and on they feel similar to early contractions but I've never had Braxton Hicks this early should I be concerned ?

@ephramsmommy, are you possibly dehydrated ? Try hydrating (I have to drink a litre of pedialyte ) and if it subsides then that was he cause I get bh from 9 weeks but you should still call ld to see what they say

@joffree. This is only my second pregnancy and my first one I didn't feel sick or have really any pains until Labor so this is weird for me

Are you staying hydrated? I had twins and around 8 weeks I cramped like I was going to start my period. Cramping can be common when carrying multiples but I would still call your OB to be on the safe side.

I think it's called a round ligament...i had horrible cramping around 3 months. Thought I was having a miscarriage. Went to the Dr and they said it was normal. I would call your doctor just to be safe

Is your tummy getting hard / firm? Or just cramping from it stretching too fast

I would notify your OB office just to be on the safe side since you're carrying twins. Does your OB office have a nurse line you can call?
