Anyone ever had a shoulder injury? I have done something to my shoulder and I’m not wanting to go to the dr cuz he’s just gonna tell me to rest it. Which, being a mommy, is impossible. Idk if it’s just a torn muscle or strained muscle... but it hurrrrts.
