Starting your baby on solid foods or baby food and rice cereals, oatmeal cereals and ect ect ect !! It can be super confusing and it definitely changes their bowels and pees.
So my question is: what do you moms recommend as a starting routine with feeding baby foods ?
I usually add a little bit of baby food (each feeding is usually a different flavor) to my baby’s milk bottle and then add rice cereal or oatmeal cereal to it. I do it a few times a day. Morning, lunch and dinner. In between feedings are usually strait milk. So I don’t constipate her to begin with.
