I've breastfed before right after smoking and my daughter has been just fine, i don't smoke or breastfeed anymore but if you're worried just wait 3 hours pump & you're good to go

@candacelouise, yeah I was just like I haven't done it in over a year then when I did it I like completely regretted it cause it had me thinking the worst I swear lol but your right tho and shoot half the time people be doing it while they are pregnant or even worse drugs

@tiannaramirez1— exactly what a good mom would do is be extra careful/worried but I promise cig. are a thousand times worse and people don’t even hesitate to smoke around their poor littles and or go BF them after wards. I don’t and never have snooker but it doesn’t take a genius to know weed is so much better than cigarettes!

I wouldn't call the pediatrician. they dont know. I would call infant risk and see the ratio. They have a 1800 number. I call them for everything

I would feel conformable breast feeding. That was last night, plus I know a ton of people don’t think twice about smoking a cigarette and BF. Which is way worse in my opinion

there's no research for it yet. All we know is thc might be stored in fat and might not even transmit through milk. But thc isn't innately harmful its just psychoactive. Breastmilk has naturally occurring cannabinoid similar to thc. Hope that helps.
