This might be a tmi sorry ladies! My fiancé and I had sex two nights ago. I’m not breastfeeding my daughter. I’m 7 weeks postpartum tomorrow. My question is my breasts hurt really bad today...he stimulated my nipples during sex (sorry tmi). Could my milk be coming back in? It’s a sharp pain...TIA
