Mommas.. I have a question.. every year for 8 yrs now, my neighbor and I exchange gifts for our kids.. my neighbor has 1 and I have 2.. so this year I decided to purchase 2 gifts and label it 1 from each of my babies.. I sent my SO to send our daughter with the gifts because I heard they were leaving.. so the daughter came back with their gifts to my kids (2 for my 5 yr old and 1 for my 1 yr old). Almost full hr later, my SO tells me he feels bad, kinda. When I asked why he said "they sent Ari 2 and 1 for the baby and we only sent them 1".. sooo my question.. how do I give them the 2nd gift that he didn't send, without it looking like an after thought... I don't want them feeling like we had to go looking for an extra gift or something because they sent more.. they left for the day and will be back probably after 2 am.. what do I do????

I honestly wouldn’t worry about it. I’m sure they didn’t mind!

Yeah, leave it outside their door with a note "my husband forgot this one."
