i have a question. when prescribed an antibiotic and taking it, then Like maybe 30-40 mins later throwing it up.. still work? or no?

@estefaniafuentes630, so when I was younger if I was taking medication or antibiotics or whatever it was and I threw up 10 minutes after or right after my mom would make me take more but not 30-40 minutes after.
