If that doesn't work then go to the courthouse they should have a self help area where you can have an attorney get the paperwork you need to file for whatever you can do to get her back. Most likely contempt of a custody order. Which is jail time or a fine or both.

I can’t go to the house there’s a no contact order I’ll figure something out

@babyeitrem yes I would first try the police station. Call or better yet go in and ask to talk to a detective. If they ask why you came in tell them its been 5 weeks and you haven't seen your child. Your ex has kidnapped her and you have full custody. If you have his address the police will most likely go to his house and take your daughter then bring her back to you or have you go pick her up.

@believeinbuddha, do I just go to the police station? I have done everything I can I called central dispatch no help my lawyer is trying to help but I don’t know what to do anymore I can’t go another month with out seeing my kids

@babyeitrem well legally he is in violation of a court order then. Bring your custody paperwork to the courthouse and file for contempt. They will legally have to give him a summons to appear and then you can tell.the judge what is going on. Most likely he will be put in jail and if he doesn't show up the will have a warrant issued. Its not possible that they aren't doing anything. Maybe its just not happening fast enough. I know it was MONTHS before anyone did anything to help me. Just don't stop trying. And if you have custody and he won't give them back make sure you file a police report. Regardless.

@babyeitrem I'm so sorry. I know exactly how you feel. My ex has custody of my three kids and in 16 months I've seen my oldest once my middle daughter twice and I haven't seen my son at all. They haven't been letting me talk to them on the phone or complying with the custody order. You need to go to the courthouse to the self help area and file paperwork against him for this. You need a custody agreement established if there isn't one. You have rights to your kids and he can't keep them from you. If they can't help you at the courthouse then file a police report. You CAN do something about this. Make sure you stay strong and don't let him bully you. if you need to talk or have questions I'm here.
