I tried everything to not be the mom to break down and cry the second my child went to sleep but here I am day 3 of uncontrollable crying I just don't know what to do anymore

Thanks everyone who helped, I think it was just baby blues as it passed after a week or two I haven't had anymore break downs since and have just been cuddling and enjoying her

@sadiesmommy, try opening your windows and lighting candles let that night air hit you and sew or write fill your house with some hanging plants 🌱 move around your living room so your entertainment can flow good 🌻🌷

It might be hormones, and that's okay! You don't need to be okay all the time, its good to cry. The hormones are still in your body and they're gonna be there for a bit, just roll with the punches and if you feel like it doesnt go away, maybe consider it being postpartum depression. Its common, youre not alone ❤
