Wow you're inspiring me to get a routine! I'll try incorperating a variety like you have so that I'm not bored. I think that's part of the problem! What toning lotion do you use? Is it nivea?
@brittneycjo my motivation at first was to not have that weird dark blotch I had on my belly after my first but I didn't have it after my DD was born so before giving birth I started putting my toning lotion on my belly and back one time a day to start the process and I was also experimenting because I didn't think it would work but I guess it did a bit after I gaved birth. So during the process of my uterus cleaning itself out and shrinking doing the painful tummy pushing method I put my toning lotion on while in hospital and just did my butt lift workout on the bed as much as I could despite the pain I was in even now. At home it's now abs crunches and lower body workout. I've recently started running (quite painful) like down the street and back home one time. I'm motivated more because I want to be active to chase my son and deal with my DD often and not feel as tired. To be honest I feel like I'm getting old lol 😂 I'm not going to let myself go completely 😂 if I'm going to be seeing gray hairs every week I might as well still be sexy with gray hairs in my 20's
Ive tried keeping pictures in my phone of my dream body and it worked at first but then I was like yeah I'm never going to look like that lol so I need a new method..🤔🕵️
Wow thats incredible !! I'm like 10 MONTHS pp and only 15 lbs from my birth weight lmao i always love my body though no matter what my weight is. It's like I look in the mirror and are like eh good enough then go sit on my butt but in reality im heavy as heck! I need to stop being lazy and arrogant because despite what I look like carrying extra weight is NOT a good thing... It wears on your bones and liagments and I'm going to need those with my active boy. I need motivation 😥
