Never use soap on his face. Just plain warm water will do even if he pees lol.

Yes take him to the hospital asap!! And don't listen to them telling you to use soap on his face. Cut out the soap completely till his face clears up

I would I never use soap on baby's face I feel like it clogs pores I just good old fashioned water and a face cloth
