If there is nothing stated in the court order then you van do whatever you want. Just be careful because he can take you to court and then you may have a lot of driving to do if you have to share coustody and privileged we transportation
Do you guys have an actual custody arrangement from the courts? If not you can wherever you want.
Some states have ordinances that say you can't move out of state if you have joint custody, but other than that it usually doesn't matter. He shouldn't have a say where you move to.
Depends on if you have joint custody and the terms of it . If there hasn't been anything legal then you can move freely that will just put pressure on him to take you to court or not
I think you are fine to move two hours away unless it's out of state but look at custody agreement
