After I gave birth to my son 5 and a half months ago I was feeling confident because I was losing weight very quickly. Well today I got weighed and I'm not so confident anymore when I gave birth to my son I was weighing in at 190. Before I even became pregnant with my son I was weighing 135 and I weigh I70 and am so disappointed of my self I worked hard to lose the weight just to regain it! Can anyone help on suggestions to lose my weight I did have a c section and not sure of what exercises I can do.

Ok so not using actual numbers.. But everyone knows I'm over weight since having my girls. It's no secret. BUT i was talking with my hubby last night and idk how we got to this but he said something like (not using actual numbers) no one should weigh 800lbs, they should take care of themselves. And i said so what if someone weighs 800lbs? He said no one should weigh that, they should be healthier. I said well i almost weigh 800! I'm in the 790s. And I'm healthy. I may be overweight but i don't have any diseases, no high cholesterol, no high blood pressure, i don't have a bad heart, lungs, or anything else. So I'm healthy I'm just over weight. So then we argued about him having an issue with my weight.. Am i wrong in this? Because it really hurt my feelings.. I've tried sooo many different things to lose weight but having hypothyroidism makes you gain/hard to lose. And my medications for depression and anxiety cause you to gain also.. So it's very hard to lose weight.. But i didn't even know he had an issue with my weight until last night..

Does anyone have any recommendations to lose weight after they have had their baby which worked? E.g. exercise dvds, slimming clubs etc. I’m not confident enough to go to a gym so things I can do at home. I know I have to eat healthy and exercise, but anything that has helped? I have been everything from a size 6 to a size 22, and I’m kind of in the middle at the moment and want to lose a 2-3 stone as my confidence isn’t great x

Hey preggies! This is like a super nerd alert but I've found an equation developed and validated by researchers/OBs/mathematicians out of Duke Medical Center that predicts birth weight. Out of 87% of births, weight was predicted within 15% of actual birth weight- nearly the same accuracy as birth weight predicted via ultrasound. I just did the equation and if I had Baby D now, she'd weigh 6.46lbs!
