You should just call him Gabriel and see what you come up with "by accident" eventually :) My son has about 6 nicknames already hahaha.

I was going to try and say like initially it but it doesn't sound good. I ocassionally call my daughter A.J cuz its her initials but her main nickname is Nani. My other daughter the oldest nicknamed her Mima. So I usually wait til they get a personality or until the sibling nicknames them.
