My fiances ex has a little girl. She isnt his by blood but he raised her from birth until she was 1. He thinks of her as his. Okay we've been trying for 3 years to get her to let us see her or let him see her and she refuses because she says she has too much going on in her life to worry about him getting in her daughters life.... Shes about to be 4 and she thinks of ricky as her daddy bc the couple of times he just happened to run into them she would always yell daddy and reach for him.... We dont know what else to do....
