Plan out your week. Keep an agenda. Write down what needs to be done each day. After you have everyday written out for a week, see what you can get done ahead of time. Try to get the big things done early in the day so the little things are a breeze. Find a routine that works and stick to it. I have an anxiety disorder, and everything seems to set it off. But when I have things organized, it helps. Good luck
