My daughter's father has refused to pay her bills at the pediatrician (it's up to $2,500). We have no court ordered visitation but he sees her once a week. Is it "legal" to refuse his time with her until he pays or makes a payment plan?

If you would have legal visits and he has an amount to pay monthly - I know that the two things are seen separate. You cannot in this case refuse visitation bc he isn't paying - you would need to go to court for that

Yeah I'll just take it back to court I wouldn't hurt them by keeping her away. I mean if it's his job to pay it it'll just go to collections and all that and if your worried about it take it to court. But if you block him from seeing her it won't look very good on your part. Because he is still making the effort to see her and you shouldn't be able to take that away because of a bill

it's not her fault he isn't paying. don't make her pay by nor being able to see her dad. take his sorry ass back to court and tell them he isn't paying.
