Does anyone else live vicariously through their kids? They had "80s Day" at school and I couldn't help but go all out. Just joined this group. My kids are growing so fast. Cheyenne will be 8 on March 26th & Izzie is 6. I remember wanting them to be able to do things for themselves. And now they can. Am I a terrible mom because I don't miss those days of 2:00am feedings & no sleep? I never hold a baby and wish I was still at that stage with mine or get "baby fever". And people don't believe me when I say that I don't regret getting my tubes clamped. I'm perfectly content with my beautiful girls. Sure I would've liked to have had a boy but these two are smart, funny & beautiful. And they drive me crazy. Just want another persons opinion on whether it's terrible I don't miss them being little. I love the little people they are and imagining the big people they'll become.

don't feel like that cause I have two boys my one is 5 and the other one is 7 months old and trust me I don't want no more kids I don't have no sort of baby fever I know cause I still have a baby so why would I but even when he gets bigger I won't I don't miss nothing about kids being a baby I like a kid that does things or their own

I'm really not good at being pregnant! My daughter is 19 months... and she's finally getting to an age where she is showing some independence, and I'm loving it... I know the baby part is most people's favorite part, but NOT for me! I get that it's part of having kids... but I'm done after this second one arrived! I can't go through pregnancy again! And I'm really looking forward to getting past the baby part and seeing the personality start to blossom in our new little one!

My girls are very independent. And I love it. And I love my nieces & nephews. But I'm so glad that I only have two and that they're older now. It's so nice to hear other moms say the same thing. Thanks ladies! ❤️

I hate when people can’t control their kids. Went to the dentist the kids just climbing all over stuff, bothering people and messing with this women’s hair. Raising my son to be respectful and not be a pest to people because it takes the right person to say something to the kid and here the parents go getting mad.

Tell me if I'm wrong here. My husband's sil has covid. She's obviously quarantining in her house but is still loving on her kids and husband. I'm sorry but if I had it I would lock myself in a room. She hasn't gotten her kids tested... they're obviously doing the whole remote learning and quarantining for two weeks but she plans to send them back without testing them on the Monday after Thanksgiving 😬😱. My husband thinks I'm overreacting but I told him I don't want to see them on Christmas. I'm in the middle of iui cycles and don't want to risk this. Besides I don't think I could sit in a room with her knowing how irresponsible she has been not only with her family's health but those that are coming into contact with her and her family.
