real estate is really good for moms ur work as much or as little as u want. They have some self paced online real estate programs where u pay the fee and u have 12 months to finish the classes and I think its 4 courses only.

Online school isnt easy but doable. What is ur past experience in?

I did the online schooling and was horrible at it. And I've been looking for part time that are flexible with my availability but I can't find a good paying job for what I'm looking for @mrshodges, @mskandice,

Im leaving my full time job and going back to school for my bachelor's degree, yes we love our kids but I think self improvement is healthy and good for the soul. Start doing something on a part time basis.

You can't work part time or go to online school? I'll be a SAHM starting April and i plan on just going to school

I know how you feel though, some days I love being a sahm but other days I miss going to college or working.
