I weigh between 185 and 190 and I seriously feel like absolute shit about myself. I've GOT to lose this weight and get healthy. Starting to think my weight is why I'm not pregnant yet. I love working out. I'm just horrible with the diet help. Anyone have any tips?
Meal prep!!! I know when some people think of meal prepping it sounds hard. But you can make it very simple! Also don't buy sugary treats! If they aren't in the house then you won't be tempted to eat them ☺️
