has anyone successfully boosted their supply with fenugreek? what else have you tried? what works?

I got Fenugreek at Wal-Mart, over by all the Vitamins and Medicines. Fenugreek and drinking a lot of water will help!
Gatorade oatmeal and a shit ton of avocado helped too

@thesandersfamily, where can i get this fenugreek in which you speak of lol....ide love to try that while im drinking the tea.
So far I've seen an increase in two ounces. And thats with me skipping the last 3 days i think not drinking it and I'm going to have a cup tonight. Ide give it a try. You can even get it at walmart for $5
I've tried Fenugreek and it boosted my supply shortly after. I only took on tablet. Then the next day my boobs were two different sizes, my right boob was huge and felt engorged. I've only had to use Fenugreek twice. Worked well for me both times.
It's not the best tasting tea but it's not the worst either in my opinion...the after taste is what gets me a little but it seems to really be working. I just think about the baby when i drink it and how much she needs her milk...you put the tea bag in 8oz of water so it's not that bad...i usually down it pretty fast....
