Call your doctors office and let them know you're in pain they should've given you something for pain at the hospital to have at home! If they didn't give me something after my first I would've died but I'm a whimp I don't handle pain well, lol. You could always call your pharmacy too that your doctor had on file and make sure they didn't call you in a prescription and you just didn't hear them say they called you one in.

Motion is what helped me because breast feeding & my stomach can't handle anything stronger! It makes my really sick! Please ask the doctor to give you something to help you with the pain! Really hope you feel better!
