planks, lunges frontwards and backwards, idk the name but kinda like crunches but kinda a bicycling motion with your legs bringing your knee to your elbow on the opposite side. another one I learned in pt is, sit on the floor knees bent feet off of the floor have a weight in your hands twist bringing the weight from side to side.
